Who hasn't wanted to have the perfect sea salt popsicles for their Kingdom Hearts cosplay? But ice cream popsicles will melt all over your costume... so I made them out of chocolate!
It's a layer of blue white chocolate surrounding an interior of caramelized white chocolate with sea salt--a delicious combination. Also, since these were made using regular popsicle molds, that's a lot of chocolate for one stick! It's almost 8 ounces.
I only have four of these at the moment. Whether I make more depends on demand, as it's quite time consuming relative to the yield.
